3 Red Bulls and 3 Ritalin pills a day…unhealthy?

I’m a 19-year old full-time university student double-majoring in Accounting and Economics (taking 15 units) and I have a full-time job, and a part-time volunteer job on weekends.

I drink 3 sugar-free Red Bulls a day, as well as 1 cup of Yerba Mate and 1 cup of green tea.

I also have ADD, so I take 2 or 3 Ritalins a day (5mg).

Even after all this, I *still* don’t have enough energy, and I’m STILL overweight even though I exercise 2 hours a day and eat 2000 calories. :-( I’m afraid if I quit the Red Bulls, I’ll be even more tired and gain weight, because my metabolism will drop even more.

You might be surprised to learn that ADD is caused by dehydration.

You might further be surprised to learn that Red Bull, with its extreme caffeine content, contributes to dehydration. In other words, you’re making your condition worse.

If things haven’t progressed to becoming permanent, you can solve all your problems by treating yourself for dehydration. And, just for the record, fatigue is caused by dehydration, as is obesity.

Our body was created with a built-in mechanism to take care of itself, given that the proper tools are made available. The body contains every nutrient needed to prevent health problems – all we have to do is make sure that we replenish these nutrients on a daily basis.

You’re obviously not doing this (sorry to be so blunt, but you need to know).

You can correct the problems you mentioned and start to put your body back into its intended condition by clicking on the link below. Don’t get impatient in looking for results. It took a long time to get where you are, so it will take awhile to get back.
